CIVIL ENGINEER

A professional team is the key to our success. We are currently looking for an Executive Engineer to join us. Duties and responsibilities:
• Accurately designs and implements work schedules for each project.
• Follows with maximum accuracy the coordination of procedures and works on the construction site in accordance with the implementation project.
• Supervises the technical conditions of the implementation of works on the construction site, technical specifications and quality of materials.
• Provides solutions to various technical problems.
• Coordinates the need for materials, machinery and labor force for the progress of works.
• It is responsible for taking measures in cooperation with the administration to comply with the rules of technical security on the construction site.
• Collaborates with other staff members for the implementation and control of technical-legal and technical-financial documentation of the project.
• Prepares and submits various reports.

Required qualifications:
• To have completed higher studies at the Faculty of Engineering.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Duties and responsibilities:
• Is responsible for obtaining all the necessary information regarding sales and purchase for the projects of the company.
• Reflects in the financial program all the necessary data by carefully checking the invoices, contracts and actions performed for customers and suppliers.
• Coordinates customers, suppliers and the company.
• Maintains records for each client, preparing reports of costs and investments on each project.
• Registers the operations of the bank and the cashier, as well as checks the documentation of payments.
• Carries out monthly accounting as well as controls the books of sale and purchase.
• Checks the warehouse and inventory status.
• Prepares and submits financial reports for the projects and the company.

Required qualifications:
• To have completed studies at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, in Finance-Accounting.

Duties and responsibilities of the position:

• Directly responsible for achieving the set objectives of sales.
• Recognizes and presents in detail the projects he/she covers in the construction sector.

• Prepares offers for potential clients and maintains communication with them until the finalization of the contract.
